Turnover Calculation

In adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we must modify our turnover calculation method. Simultaneously, we need to revise the way we manage your withdrawal requests. As such, we urge you to review the following information for two primary reasons. First, to understand the new procedure. Second, to adapt your betting strategies accordingly. This is crucial as the updated process could influence your efficiency and profitability.

Definition

Turnover is the sum of your gains and losses from your gambling activities within a set period. Profit is the residual amount after subtracting the stake from the total winnings. For instance, if you bet 100 EUR and won 200 EUR, the turnover is 200 – 100 = 100 EUR. On the other hand, when you lose a bet, the value of the initial bet (stake) is taken into account in the calculations.
To illustrate, suppose that within the specified time period, you made a total of 10 bets. You won in 5 of them and lost the remaining ones. Let’s also hypothesize that for the first 5, your total bet was 100 EUR and your total winnings were 200 EUR. Hence, your net gain is 100 EUR. The total bet for the 5 that you lost was also 100 EUR. Consequently, your total turnover is 100 + 100 = 200 EUR.

Counting Turnover

In the previous example, we utilized the number of bets to clarify the terms. However, from 01.02.2024, the actual procedure uses the markets you engaged in, not the number of bets. In other words, we will process all withdrawal requests ONLY AFTER you have managed to generate at least three times (3x) the amount of your deposits. For instance, if your deposit was 100 EUR, your turnover needs to reach 300 EUR before you can submit a withdrawal request.

If this requirement is not met, we retain the right to either impose a 10% additional fee, or to cancel, decline, or delay the withdrawal request. We will process the withdrawal request only after reaching the turnover limit.

Examples

Suppose you made a bet on a match between Team A and Team B for Over 2.5 goals and earned a net profit of 150 EUR. In the same game, you also wagered on Over 4.5 goals with a stake of 200 EUR, which you lost. Your total turnover is 150 + 200 = 350 EUR.
Now, let’s consider a scenario where you placed two bets on a match between Team A and Team B. The first bet is for Over 2.5 goals with a stake of 1000 EUR. The second is an identical wager on Under 2.5 goals. Both bets have odds of @1.80. Regardless of the outcome, you will incur a loss of 200 EUR. Here’s why: The bet for Over 2.5 goals was successful, yielding a net profit of 800 EUR. At the same time, your bet on Under 2.5 goals was lost. Hence, your turnover is 1000 – 800 = 200 EUR. The same calculation applies if the winning bet was on the Under 2.5 market.

In Conclusion

Please be aware that this update applies irrespective of your chosen payment method. Whether you opt for a supervised and regulated payment method or prefer to fund your betting account with cryptocurrency, the new rules remain the same.

In light of the above, we advise you to review your turnover if you experience a delay in your withdrawal request, before reaching out to us for an explanation. However, you are welcome to contact us if you believe our calculations are incorrect. We will be more than happy to resolve the issue for you.
