About transactions order

Usually, we process the transactions on a "first come - first served" basis. Inadvertently this means that the more transfers we have to deal with, the longer it will take for you to process. You can avoid any possible delay by choosing our *FTP service.

Deposit reference

Always include your username (the one provided to you once the account was set up) as a reference when you place your deposit.

Processing time

All financial transactions are processed as soon as possible. However, there may be cases that involve circumstances out of our control that may result in delays of up to 24 hours.

Notes

These conditions apply to withdrawal requests made once per week. Any additional withdrawals requested within one calendar week may be subject to + 3% investment for all bookmakers;

Withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours.

USA players are NOT accepted.

In case the Withdrawal Form or the Inter-Bookmaker Transfer Form are filled out incorrectly, the request will automatically be deleted by our System or higher fees may occur.

All values are in EUR. Other currency transfers are accepted, minimum amounts are to be counted equivalent to the indicated value in EUR.

All transfers for currencies other than EUR are processed with an additional fee of 5%.

Any transfers less than 100 EUR (or the equivalent in other currencies) are subject to higher fee.

CashtoCode is available only for deposits.

The maximum accepted amount for transfers is 5000 EUR per calendar week. For higher amounts, please contact us to discuss more options.

*FTP for us stands for Faster Transaction Processes (express). The service is charged with a fee of 5%.

Turnover Requirements

Players are obligated to generate 3x turnover of the deposited amount before requested withdrawals can be considered valid. Agents have to generate 5x turnover. Learn more.
