I’ve been doing this for 18 years now and I do specialize in lower leagues as they allow for less surprises than the major ones and do afford a greater chance for consistent profits. Not much but consistent. Ostensibly, it is quite possible to make a decent livelihood out of the betting industry as long as one rule is followed at all times. Never risk greater amounts that what I can afford to lose.
The second rule that I always follow has to do with matches that offer odds of real value. And by that, I mean the profit potential. While, people can place 10 bets at odds @1.80 and make 1 Euro per bet, it’s far better to do some homework and find one bet (the odds don’t matter) that can bring in 15 Euros. The entire notion of how I compose my predictions, is to deeply analyze all aspects of a match, in order to make sure that there is generation of some decent winnings.
